Over the last several days, in preparation for this paper and my upcoming interviews, I have done quite a bit of reflection into myself. I have examined carefully the experiences I have had in all areas of my life, namely in a professional setting, within my educational background, and amidst my personal life. I have scrupulously singled out the most prominent and valuable strengths I have, as well as the challenges which impede me the most and are in need of the greatest amount of improvement.
