What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Childrens Vaccinations by Stephanie CaveI learned the important facts that if I am not a crack whore and I have actually seen a doctor throughout a pregnancy then I do not need to have my newborn vaccinated for Hepatitis B or A. If he or she wants to be shady in college then the vaccination will not cover the college years anyways, and s/he will have to be re-vaccinated anyways to cover Hep transmitted from casual sex or yucky dorm dining halls.
If you are going to be a conscientious, healthy parent that sees a doc, takes your kid to the pediatrician, doesnt do drugs and stays with the same baby daddy then there is no reason to flood your childs liver with this vaccine. But from my interpretation of the book, all the other standard vaccines keep your kid healthy, out of the hospital and are required for school. You can space them out and ask for them individually if you have reason to fear autism or other of the reasons that parents choose not to vaccinate. The book also addresses mercury and explains for the use of mercury in some vaccines.
The book didnt address the new HPV vaccine for young girls. You can probably wait on that one until your daughter sets off the burglar alarm from her bedroom window. Three words: Sacred Heart Academy.

Fortunately, for the homeopathic community, this information has been available through such publications as The Case Against Vaccinations by Richard Moskowitz, and Vaccine-Free Prevention and Treatment with Homeopathy by Jeffrey Starre—both authored by medical doctors trained in homeopathy. Now with What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Children's Vaccinations , author Stephanie Cave, MD, whose background is in clinical chemistry and family medicine, offers an in-depth, informative, and thoroughly accessible approach to addressing vaccination choices and risks from an allopathic practitioner's point of view.
A great book that outlines the controversy with vaccines as well as the risks. It includes references and is highly informative. My family doctor actually sells copies.
